Advice for Vegan Wedding/Catering in Houston?

Hi redditers of Houston! I hope this is the right place to post this but needed some advice.
We got engaged recently and am not from Houston, but plan on having a wedding in Houston due to most of my family/friends having moved there.

-I wanted to get any recommendations on great vegan food/catering in the Houston area? I'm willing to spend more on food so we can wow our guests with vegan food since I know some will probably not be happy with it being vegan.

-I don't have a venue yet either, so any recommendations on any that are vegan friendly would be wonderful. (vegan restaurant would be okay too!) We'll have ~max 100 guests

-Thirdly, does anyone have any wedding planner recommendations? I'm wondering if it's worth getting a wedding planner especially since I am out of state.

I am honestly, a bit overwhelmed and not sure where to start with the planning, so any advice or vendor recommendation is greatly welcome. Thank you everyone in advance!!!!
