AdValorem Tax .net – been using them for years to dispute property taxes, this I just got a fishy email from them.

For the first time in using them for 5 years they said "we have received information about construction work at your property, please provide us in detail a list of invoices, costs spent, etc"

I have a lot of trust in this company right now, but for the life of me I cannot understand why out of nowhere they would be requesting this, especially when most importantly WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY WORK DONE in 2023! What do y'all think? Do y'all have any other of these protest companies you recommend?
