Adults living with parents support group

Hi, I’ve been caretaking for my mother for several years leading me to being an adult who has not been able to live on my own. I know how stressful and depressing this can be to one’s personal growth and am looking to start a local support group meeting both in person and online.

Whether you live with your parents or they live with you, I want to create a safe space and community to discuss our feelings and hang out and have that important time away from family. Please let me know if you’re interested.
