ADHD specialists in Houston?

I was diagnosed with ADHD 20 years ago and medicated for two years. I'm interested in exploring medication again. In reading this link: https://www.additudemag.com/slideshows/adhd-medications-optimizing-treatment/ They recommend seeing an ADHD specialist and having someone available to adjust medications frequently while trying to figure out what works for me.

Has anyone had any good experiences with someone like the article describes while beginning treatment for ADHD? I have Anthem Blue Card insurance, so any blue shield/ blue cross provider should work.
