Adding old EZ Tag to new account

I’ve got an old car that has an ez tag but under an old account that isn’t used anymore. I now have a new account with other ez tags under it. How can I add the old ez tag into my new account?

Is that possible or do I need to request a new tag for the old car? I’m hoping not since each tag is $15 …
