Accurate Commute Time?

Looking to work in the Energy Corridor and live out near Katy/Cinco Ranch.

Google Maps has said 15-20min commute but haven’t had the opportunity to map it during peak traffic.

Could flex my hours to potentially start at 630/leave at 3, but wondering if that 20 minutes is accurate or if it will be more like 45-1hr.
