Acclaimed Houston chefs Christine Ha and Tony J. Nguyen are pairing up for their latest project, a Vietnamese restaurant called Xin Chao.
Xin Chao, pronounced as “Sin Chow” and meaning “hello,” “welcome” and “goodbye” in Vietnamese, was created out of a need for modern Vietnamese food in the Sawyer Heights area, the restaurateurs said in a press release.
