Accessing Camp Logan ruins in Memorial Park?

So I thought I’d explored just about every trail in Memorial Park after checking out the trails over by the polo facility and the ones on both sides of the railroad on both sides, but just read on here that there is a trail behind some baseball fields where you can find ruins of Camp Logan.

Is this still accessible with the land bridge construction currently? If so, could anyone give me a general idea of where to go?
