Acadian Coast Chef

Long shot since it’s been awhile, but my wife and I really enjoyed Acadian Coast on Navigation back when it first opened in 2020.

Went back a few times, but at one point the quality went down, and we heard it was because the original chef had left.

If true, where did the original chef go, because their crab cakes were quite good.
