Abusive parent

Hello people, i am based in houston and my visa ended a year ago and my father is refusing to renew it for me, hes stopping me from going to college and sometimes he even locks me in home for weeks a time, i have a younger brother and a mother and i dont know how we can get the help we need, my dad is rich he has the money but we rarely see anything from it, i dont know what can i do or where can i get help. Please advise me on what can i do to get out of this endless nightmare
