abnormally high water bill

I got a bill with massive adjustments, totaling over $1000 this month.

My normal usage is documents, there's nothing unusual, they just stacked a $530 sewer use & water use adjustment onto a bill and sent it out for me to pay. I'm hoping this is incorrect but can't call until Monday, anyone have something similar?
