A student film project in Houston

I'm planning to shoot a student film for 2 days in Houston and I was looking for an apartment that is kind of Victorian style or something like an old suburban house from '60s to 90s. More than exterior , the interior should give that vibe. I looked around including craigslist. Being a student film, my budget is very low but I'm ready to give some kind of credit/brand placement in the short film and maybe like 200 bucks. Can someone help or suggest me an option? As I said, I have already explored craigslist, my friends, etc. I could have set it up at my school but I won't be able to do justice to the ambience.
