this is a true story

This morning I was glancing through my social media, and my son looked at my phone and asked, "Who is that?"

I pointed at the man in the photo and said, "That's Dusty Baker. He's the manager of the Houston Astros, like the head coach for the team. He also co-invented the high five."

My son thought for a moment, then asked with a grin on his face, "Does he wash his hands before making a cake?"

I thought for a moment, and then a single proud dad tear rolled down my cheek.
