A night out dancing

I want to take my Venezuelan-American girlfriend out dancing. She prefers Latin music but enjoys any music. I am not very familiar with places to go out since I’ve spent my 23 years in Houston being a homebody. We are located on the North, but I’m sure any where that’s worth it would still be okay. I know everything is different with Covid, so any suggestions? Also if you’re going to say we should stay home because of Covid we’re both “essential” workers, so we’re already out and about all day every day working. It’d be nice to take her on a romantic date. I just can’t think of what to do since we actually have the time to do something. You know how that works, when you don’t have the time you can think of a million things, but when it’s time to make a choice my mind is blank.
