a *good* buffet in SW houston?

My husband went to culinary school, so we usually don't eat at buffets, as the quality isn't usually that good. Apparently, it's a goal of my youngest to go to a buffet. Any recommendations. She has a shellfish allergy, in case that makes a difference.
