A different way to go about resigning Carlos Correa

I had this thought a few weeks ago, and now with the Griffey Jr. NEWS, why not offer Carlos Correa a deal that involves future ownership stake in the Team after he retires? Is it a crazy thought? Is it even possible under the CBA?
