A different perspective and reason for optimism.
I know we had two ugly wins where the offensive rhythm was bad and we got stomped by the broncos. Most of us, including myself, haven't been very optimistic based on our recent play. But here's a different perspective: our wins are actually pretty impressive.
Ravens: they're blowing everyone out. Colts: division games are always ugly but we won. Patriots: we did it better than the Colts chiefs, and arguably played better offensively than Baltimore did. 4 passing TDs on the leagues #1 defense. We certainly played better than the chiefs. Broncos: we blew our wad on new England and were caught napping Titans: they won 4 in a row prior to playing us, were averaging 37.5 points and just put up 28 on the Saints. We held them to 21. Bucs: won 4 in a row and were averaging 34.8. we held them to 20 on a bad day.
We're getting Watt back and Watson gets a string of prime time games in his magical 3rd year (championships in high school and college).
Sip the Kool aid.
