A coffee shop with good chai?

I am looking for somewhere on the west side of town, kind of like Heights/Montrose/Museum District area that has a nice iced chai? Most of the places I’ve tried are just okay so far – decent but nothing special. I went ahead and got a good mix to make them at home but I was hoping to do something a bit different from time to time like, read at a coffee shop instead of in bed lol.

My favourite chai I’ve ever had was at a small coffee shop in Kentucky where the owner made his mix by hand. It was milky, sweet, spicy, and had little crunchy bits at the bottom (in a good way)! Anything like that in my area? Though I’d gladly also go across town if the chai is really that good! 🙂
