A/C repair recommendations

A/C is not blowing cold. I can hear the unit attempting to kick on over and over again. The air is blowing but not cold. It's 80 inside right now at 4pm even though the thermostat is set to 76. I'm not sure whats wrong with it and the outside unit is only about 5 years old.
