A brother needs some good chicken

Hello, I moved to Houston recently coming from Memphis, and as the title says, I need a good place to get some chicken. Specifically Whole Hot Wings with a side of fries, I had a go-to place to get a plate like this back in Memphis called "ellis seafood" but they don't have any locations down here. Would appreciate some suggestions, not looking for party wings.
