A bit of an update, article about the motorcyclist who flew off 288 and landed on a police car

Question though, he’s a veteran. Wouldn’t his medical bills be covered? I was always under the impression that military veterans had health care for life, I mean it was for my grandpa but he fought and was wounded in WW2 so did they change things?
