Best craft bottle shops? Small beer shares? Homebrew club?

Moving to Houston in Sept to be closer to fam, and bringing a stellar batch of OR and CA beers. Thanks in advance for any leads, connections, advice.

Keen to connect with 1-2 small bottle share groups and/or a homebrewing club with whom I can share some bottles.

Bottle shops: are Cobble & Spoke and D&Q best? Unimpressed with websites for Spec's (not much beyond 3 Fonteinen) and Thistle Draft Shop, which has no list at all.
