Ghost Sighting in Sugar Land Colony Meadows Neighborhood

Me and a friend witnessed an apparition of a teenage boy/young adult male running/gliding across the intersection of Willow Bend Ct and Chestnut Meadow Dr at around 1:06 am on August 2nd, 2025.

The apparition was wearing a white/light grey t shirt and darkblue/black shorts. I couldn’t make out a skin color as it seemed translucent. I believe it had black hair. He was quite tall and lanky, maybe around 6 ft atleast. It seemed like it was on a midnight jog.

As soon as he hit my headlights while running to the other side of the road, he vanished in thin air (in the field of my headlights, middle of the road, so it would’ve been quite obvious if this was a real human being as he would have made it onto the other side of the street.

Has anyone else seen this before? Does anyone know of a death that has occurred in that neighborhood?

P.s. it could’ve been likely to be a reflection/light trick but also we stopped where we saw him, looked around and saw nobody. When we got out the car the neighborhood was dead silent.
