Affordable No Frills Massage Therapist

Looking for a massage therapist in Houston and have been struggling! Most places I’ve found are $120+ per hour, and the ones I’ve tried really don’t seem focused on muscle repair. I’m willing to travel outside of the loop. If anyone knows of a classic massage therapist who can work out severe knots please leave recommendations below. I typically would go to people who had a personal suite in the last state I lived, but I’m struggling finding anything similar in Houston. I don’t need a spa experience, I just need genuine pain relief. I’ve considered the massage therapy school, but I do have a muscle spasm condition and I’m worried about it being worsened with people not fully knowing proper technique. Please help 😭
