Puppy At Risk To Be Put Down (I can adopt but am in California)

Hi, I was just on TikTok this morning and saw this beautiful puppy, Shyanne needing to be rescued from BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions. She is at risk to be put down due to the overwhelmingly crowded shelter. I am based in the Bay Area, California (Oakland) and am willing to adopt her but need a rescue or individual to pick her up from the shelter, foster her temporarily and help me figure out a plan to transport her to the SF Bay Area. She looks similarly to my beloved childhood dog, Chance. I am also contacting local Houston animal rescues for help but have not heard back. Any animal lovers here that can help please?
