Parking near Daikin, out of towner here

Going to the game today (Sunday). This is the first game I've been to in Houston. Traveling around the country to all 30 ballparks. Looking for a safe, cheap spot to park. So far I've seen suggestions for Spothero – 703 Lannin st garage, or just park on the street. Suggestions, thoughts?
