What is this area called?

Had to go over here today for a swim meet. Kinda between cinco ranch and Sugarland.

Ran to academy and Starbucks on 99 and noticed a lot of new development, but had no idea what the area would generally be called and was just curious. The map says Pecan Grove, but I’ve never heard of that, so didn’t know if it had any other name.
