Anyone willing to take in cat from bammel area ASAP?

I'll get straight to the point: over a year ago, a friend was looking to rehome his cat that I'd only seen once. He didn't inform me of any of his medical issues and claimed not to know about the majority of them, and while I got most of them taken care of, he had a small hole by his eye that needed to be surgically closed. I've gotten a quote from the vet. I'd be willing to share his care plan with anyone interested, and it's estimated to cost a bit less than 3k. I know it's a lot, but if anyone is willing to take him in, please let me know, I’m located in the Bammel area of houston but id be willing to drive 40-50 minutes if it means getting him a loving home. More info about Tails: He's a 2-year-old shorthair, and he's very clingy and affectionate. He has separation anxiety, so he needs a lot of attention. He has no fleas or anything of the sort, and he does have a chipped tooth, but his enamel is okay; no dental infection like I initially thought, and he has basic vaccinations, but they need to be renewed soon. He isn't neutered, but I'd be willing to send money to help with neutering expenses by mid/end of August if needed. I love my sweet boy more than anything, and I can't stand the thought of him in a shelter, so this is my last attempt to get him a home before surrendering him. Everything I have for him will be cleaned and given to whoever takes him in, so if you're worried about needing to buy a litter box, etc., it won't be necessary. If no one replies, I will be surrendering him on Saturday, 7/26.
