Authentic Mexican catering

Hi everyone, my fiance and I are planning our wedding in January and we’re looking for authentic Mexican food catering. My fiance is from Mexico so he doesn’t want to eat white people Tex-mex, it has to be authentic. The caterer also has to have liability insurance and proper licensing and all that or else the venue won’t allow them. The venue will be near Cypress. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
