Texas medical center housing options

Hello there everyone! I am coming for a rotation in texas medical center specifically in houston methodist for 3 weeks 15th of august till 7th of September. I tried looking for a one bedroom with private bathroom and walking distance but unfortunately with no luck. My budget is 1.2-1.5K and really would like to receive help from you guys!
