Houston metalheads

Ok so I’ve been in Houston a little over a year now and I consider myself a newbie but still, I haven’t really been able to make friends like that (COVID definitely doesn’t help). I’ve been to a couple of shows in Houston (Chruch Of Disgust & the Gatecreeper/Exhumed/Necrot show) so I know there is a metal scene in Houston. Is there a place that metalheads hang out at that I’m unaware of? I went to Brash Brewery with a friend but we went kind of early so it wasn’t that many people around. If you’re a metalheads in Houston and you’re reading this, I’m asking that you reach out to me and we from there because l’m really into metal and I would like to hang out with people who are just as passionate about it as I am and who knows, maybe down the road we could start out on band together.
