Houston needs Reflective Roof legislation

Article I wrote as a result of research I did on reflective roofs and efficacy on reducing ambient temperatures compared to investment. We recover costs within 6 years as a home owner and within 4 as a business owner, it pays dividends after that. All while reducing outside temperatures by up to a degree. Houston has a lot of heat islands, and this is a good way to combat it while saving lots of money.
