homeless again dont know what to do!

hi guys, ill try to make this post short and to the point. i (19f) recently lost my apartment due to eviction and have been in an extended stay hotel for a little over a week now. i work a serving job and to be honest it is really slow there, and im having trouble finding another job. i dont have money saved up as everything i earn is going to paying for this hotel, and i have no car and no family to go to for help. i stayed 2 nights at the covenant house like 2 years ago and from what i remember, shelter wasnt guaranteed for the night and you had to be placed on a waitlist for their housing program, and so if anyone had any experience with how that works itd be appreciated to know aswell. im considering asking the hotel im staying at if theyre hiring, i just am not sure if i should ask so soon into my stay here? im doing what i can to save money and get a second job so i can live somewhat comfortably, im just not really sure what to do and dont want to risk being on the streets again especially here in the houston area. i stay in near the pearland area near the medical center, if that gives way to any resources around me. my hotel costs me 434 a week, but once i hit the 30 day mark, taxes are excluded so itll be a bit cheaper from what ive read. i cannot afford this 434 a week since i have no car and have to uber to and from work, so if anyone knows any ways i could make extra money or land a job super quickly, or knows any housing programs or anything at all itd be greatly appreciated. sorry for the ramble ive been super stressed and exhausted from working doubles this past week.
