Huge bump on 1-59 South right after the Westpark exit!

They did some highway work on I-59 South several weeks ago, and since then, there has been a huge bump in the road right after the Westpark exit. If you don't slow down, it'll send your car flying. It's been weeks, and it's still there. I thought they'd fix it by now. 🙄 How does one report this issue?
