My recent Best Buy experience as a customer

I usually shop at a Best Buy once a year around just see what has Best Buy done lately to survive the retail apocalypse.

This time I wanted to buy an Alienware monitor. I go to the monitor section but couldn't find any employee. So I decide to wait just to see if anybody would show up. Nobody does after 15 minutes. I go to the TV section to ask for help because nobody is at the monitor section. He says he's not supposed to leave his area and tells me to wait there until somebody shows up. I proceed to go back to the monitor section and waited about 15 more minutes until somebody shows up. Then I show him what monitor I wanted on my phone which shows 3 still in store at this location. The employee then goes around the store for a good 10 minutes and couldn't find my monitor on the floor as monitors are placed all around the floor. Another good 10 minutes pass and employee asks around until he finally located my monitor in warehouse. Best Buy is lucky I have patience this particular day!

Anyways, even though this was not a pleasant experience, I still like that Best Buy is still around for those to want to see the products people want to buy in store. What can be said is that this experience isn't making me want to shop at Best Buy but instead Amazon instead. Thank you for reading this long!
