TV Screens on MetroRail Red Line

I was on the Houston MetroRail Red Line heading home tonight from TMC around 10:39 PM when on Train 109B I noticed this TV screen in the handicapped/Bike Section. See photo. Anyone know what these are going to be used for? submitted by /u/Dependent_Store3377 |
