Different deed and warranty types on homes in Houston area

I was just checking my uncle's house and he had a different type of deed or warranty as opposed to mine. So i looked up randomly on other homes out there and got a list of different types. Can someone explain the differences and how i would go about deciding if i wanted to change it? Is it just going to county appraisal district to change it if needed? Thanks.
