Where can I watch the Baytown "White House" demolition Saturday?

I know there is no designated viewing area, and many roads will be closed. I would like to watch the initial demolition explosion as I have an interest in architecture and just think it would be a rare sight. It starts at 6:30 am. Any recommendations for road closures, viewing spots, or parking from locals? I know they are posting a video of it online but I have never seen a demo in person and it sounds like a fun activity 🙂 I am like 15 mins outside of baytown, happen to have work off, nd I am used to getting up early so it sounds like an exciting little event to start the weekend. I know the area and there are plenty of residential neighborhoods you can see the top half of the building from so I am hoping for some recommendations from locals!
