March, Marmo.. or? (Anniversary dinner)

Looking for a fine dining restaurant for anniversary dinner, I've tried quite a few places but also not many of the higher end ones so willing to take some suggestions, budget like $100 per person but doesn't have to be that high / can be higher

I'm between March or something similar with regards to upscale-ness.

Restaraunts I've loved (many more then list below but sticking to more expensive ones):

Katami

Doris Metropolitian

State of Grace (before menu change)

Xochi

Places I want to try but on the fence:

Bludorn – read some controversial reviews on here

March – Overall seems best fit

Marmo – maybe not the best Italian?

Tatemo – Seems expensive for maybe an underwhelming menu?

Baso – Seemed pricey for the menu items – I didn't particularly see any items I got too excited over

I can do most of my own research but if ppl have opinions about these or can recommend another place I can look into feel free to make a suggestion! I've got about a month so plenty of time. I'm in the heights but can drive anywhere really.
