The Michelin Guide Comes to Houston: Everything You Need to Know

After years of discussions, the Michelin Guide has finally arrived in Houston.
The renowned international dining guide, which is run by the French tire company Michelin, announced in July that it had officially made its Lone Star State debut. With spectators already on the ground reviewing restaurants in five cities, including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston, this guide is set to be one of the largest inaugural statewide guides once published later this year, with winners announced at the 2024 Texas Michelin Guide ceremony.
As the news rolls in, and as restaurant owners, chefs, avid diners, and more speculate about which restaurants will be the first to earn the city its stars, Eater Houston will keep track. Check back here for all the latest Michelin Guide Houston news in one place.
