your perfect day, if you were a tourist in Houston?

Hola, I'm a born & raised Houstonian and have been eager for a solo self-care city break for some time now. I thought of a small day trip to Austin, but I'm really time prohibited for even a mini-Texas roadtrip atm.

When I was a kid I remember randomly going on a Houston historical bus tour with my family & loved learning about all of the lore behind neighborhoods that I thought were already pretty familiar to me.

If you were to spend a day in your city as a tourist, what would you do? (I already spend a lot of time in Chinatown/the Museum District)
