I am trying to reconnect with a friend I lost touch with a couple years ago. His mom claims to not know where he is (says because of life choices he is making in the streets) I don’t know how honest or truthful she is with that though just by some things she has said. To her knowledge last she knew he was somewhere Downtown in Houston. I just recently moved back and was wanting to check in on him. Any ideas on maybe how to find him or PI’s.
