Drag Racing on i10

I’m really getting tired of being bombarded by the drag racers that overtake i10 at night. I live closer to downtown, but i’ve seen ring alerts complain that they have been terrorizing the city as far out as Cypress.

My dog barks, my baby is woken up and my family are kept up by the overbearing engine revving on a weekly basis. Is there anything we can do?

I live about three blocks off the freeway. My neighborhood is incredibly quiet until the drag racing starts.
