1. Los Amigos Invisibles – recruited by David Byrne to record on his label in 1996, this Venezuelan group is bringing their blend of disco, jazz, funk and latin beats to Heights Theater Sunday night.
2. Michael Cera Palin – they’re not Michael Cera, and they’re not Sarah Palin, they’re Michael Cera Palin. With indie rap and pop/punk influences, this midwestern emo band will be at Secret Group Friday night.
3. Rachel Chinourori – a peppy UK indie pop artist with a fresh debut album, she’ll be at House of Blues Sunday night.
4. Patrick Squier Band – a Houstonian blending blues, rock and psychedelia, you’ll find him at the newly renovated Big Top Friday night.
