Artisanal Tortillas

I’m about as white as they come, but love tortillas. I’ve been making them at home like I imagine an abuela might (many hours of YouTube on the subject tortillas).

When I was in San Antonio recently I came across a shop that sold some different heirloom tortillas in flour and corn varieties. They were par cooked, making them easy and awesome to enjoy as take away.

Is there such a place that sells something like this in Houston?
