suggestions for best restaurants with dry-aged steaks!

I'm looking for a fine-dining or upscale restaurant with a good dry-aged steak for a romantic dinner for my husband and I. Ritual was our go-to for dry-aged before it closed down. Some places I am looking at include:

• Marmo
• Steak 48
• Georgia James

Ideally, we would find a restaurant that doesn't only offer dry-aged in a huge cut like a porterhouse or tomahawk, so that we don't have to share and can get different entrees. I believe Georgia James's only dry-aged option is 36z which is huge! We were not a fan of the service at B&B Butchers that past couple times we've been, although the food was enjoyable we do not want to return.
