Do we have a path to a "good" or "great"

Lets get this bad boy started sooner than normal since all is lost and we suck as an organization. Would love to hear an outline of a "good" or "great" offseason we could have… all things considered.

Anyone have a FA Wishlist Santa can help with? realistic targets we should go after with the cap hell we are in? Late draft picks we should go after with the draft hell we are in? Any trades we could make to make cap space and acquire draft capital – or to acquire talent in a "buy low" scenario?
