Affordable, healthy Houston eats

Hey y’all, asking for any recs about good affordable Houston food that’s relatively healthy. Been trying to eat cleaner but I’m getting pretty sick of Chipotle every time I want to eat out 😭 would greatly appreciate any recommendations (particularly in Southwest Houston!)
