Old lane markings that are still visible on I-69 will surely cause a lot of accidents

Two cars almost swerved into me today because the lane markings confused them. The new lane markings were painted about a feet away from the old lanes and you can clearly see the old markings when it’s dark and the road is wet. Does anyone know where exactly this is so that I can report it?
