Almost part of an insurance scam?

Happened tonight. My wife and I were stopped at the red after exiting I-10 at TC Jester going east. This guy was already stopped at the light. Proceeded to throw his car in reverse and back up at us, nearly hitting us. Don’t know if it was my wife’s honking or the bajillion witnesses that made them stop but thankfully they did. After the light turned green they peeled off like an asshole with their tires squealing. It definitely felt like we were about to be a part of the stupidest insurance scam attempt.

Mods can delete this if it’s not allowed bc of the license plate but I’m posting cause feel it’s important to watch out if you see this person driving around (also they should feel shame). Just trying to give my fellow Houston drivers a heads up. It’s crazy out there.
